Positive: Friendly staff, convenient location in the suburbs, but next to a major road, one-story building - parking in front of the door: very convenient.

Negative: Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom.

Positive: The man working the counter was very polite. There were many problems with my payment, regarding card holders and such, and he was very patient with me, even explaining the process. Very gracious host!

Negative: The parking lot and office location were a bit confusing. Not many parking lines, though with free parking, I suppose this isn't really crazy to see. It really is free, haha.

Summary: The stay was excellent and helped out very much in our time of need.
